Safety and verification
1. Vetting professionals
1.1. Before a Professional can receive orders, Usta24 staff manually review their documents (passport/ID photo) and skills. Only Professionals with “Verified” status can go online and accept orders; a Professional is suspended if rules are broken.
1.2. Verification through a state identification system (e.g. MyID) may be added in later stages; it is not active yet.
2. Protection of personal data
2.1. Data is processed in accordance with Uzbekistan’s Law “On Personal Data”. Consent is taken with a separate tick at registration. You have the right to request, correct and delete your data.
2.2. Identity documents are stored privately, visible only to staff with a special permission, and every view is logged. There are no public links to them.
3. Address and phone
3.1. Before accepting, a Professional sees only general information (area, approximate distance, tasks). Your name, phone and exact address are revealed only to the Professional who accepted the order and are hidden again after it is cancelled or closed.
4. Payments and money
4.1. Usta24 does not take payment for the work and does not hold your money. You pay the Professional directly, in cash or by transfer; the Professional records the payment in the app and you confirm it. No card details are requested.
4.2. Price control: work starts only after you approve the estimate; additional work needs separate approval; lines priced from the catalog cannot exceed the published price. You can see every version of the estimate.
5. Protection against fraud and abuse
5.1. Sign-in codes are stored hashed, valid for 5 minutes, and attempts are limited (5 tries; 5 code requests per hour). Request rates are limited, and an account may be blocked on suspicious activity.
5.2. Repeated cancellations lead to restrictions (no fines); a Professional can appeal. Staff’s important actions (prices, payments, verification decisions, document access) are kept in an audit log.
6. Support and complaints
6.1. The assistant in the app answers first questions and helps find the right service; it does not decide questions of price, payment, refunds, complaints or safety — these go to a human agent. Support hours are shown in the settings.
6.2. If something goes wrong: leave a rating and review, file a complaint, open a dispute or a warranty request. In immediate danger (gas smell, fire, electric shock) first call 101, 102, 103 or 104.
6.3. Security contact (reporting a vulnerability or incident): write through the “Contact” page of the website with the subject “Security”.
7. Age limit
7.1. The Platform is intended for people aged 18 and over.
