Customers pay no extra platform fee. The platform charges only the professional 5% of the labour amount for a completed, customer-confirmed job (materials excluded). No commission on cancelled orders.
How do I pay?
After the job you pay the professional directly, in cash or by bank transfer. The professional records the payment in the app and you confirm it; until confirmed it does not count as paid. The platform takes no money for the work and asks for no card details.
Will I know the price beforehand?
Catalog prices are visible before ordering (some jobs are priced after inspection). After inspection the professional sends an itemised estimate and work starts only after you approve it. Extra work needs separate approval.
Are professionals verified?
Yes. Before receiving orders, staff manually review the professional’s documents (passport/ID photo) and skills. Only verified professionals can accept orders. Verification through a state identification system is not available yet.
How do I book a professional?
Choose a category and tasks, describe the problem, set the address and time. The request goes to nearby verified professionals; the first to accept gets the order and you are notified.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, before work starts you can cancel free of charge, giving a reason. After it starts, go through support or open a dispute. There are no fines, but frequent cancellations after a professional accepted may temporarily limit new orders.
What if the professional doesn’t come or cancels?
If a professional cancels, the order is automatically offered to other professionals and you are notified; it is not offered again to the one who cancelled. If nobody accepts, the order expires and nothing is charged — try again later.
What if the work is poor?
Leave a rating and review, file a complaint (within 30 days after completion) or open a dispute: the order moves to “Disputed”, the related commission and payment confirmation are paused, and staff review the case. If warranty requests are enabled you can also submit one within the period.
